ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is between 6 am and 10 am. Please let us know if you need to check in or out at a different time and we will do our best to accommodate you.

REGISTRATION

Upon arrival, please provide valid proof of identity so we can legally register guests online at: www.allogiatiweb.poliziadistato.it

PAYMENT

Payment must be made 7 days before arrival via bank transfer. The La Magia delle Langhe apartments can also be booked via Booking.com and Airbnb.

TOURIST TAX

The Novello council requires payment of a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day. This amount is included in the cost of your stay.

HOUSE RULES

• No pets permitted
• No smoking inside the house
• No parties permitted

CHILDREN

Highchairs, bed rails, books and toys are available if required.

SHOPS, BARS AND RESTAURANTS

The house is located in the heart of the village meaning restaurants, bars, wine bars, grocery stores and a pharmacy are all within walking distance. There are also supermarkets within a few kilometres.

TOURIST RENTAL PROPERTY

La Magia delle Langhe is classified as a “Tourist Rental Property” (Art. 4 – Italian Legislative Decree 50/2017 converted with Law no. 96/2017) for short holiday rentals. Stays cannot exceed 30 days and we cannot offer services such as: changing sheets, cleaning rooms during your stay or preparing meals.
